Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to training courses and programmes, DJ lesson gift cards bought through our Website, and other services where it says so. Different conditions apply to regular courses and to gift cards. Read it together with our Cancellation Policy and the Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

2. Training course refunds

Before a course begins

To be eligible for a refund you must tell us at least 7 days before the course start date. An administration fee of AED 250 is deducted from approved refunds. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

After a course begins

If you withdraw after the course has started, the fees are non-refundable. Withdrawing may also affect your eligibility for a certificate of completion.

Discounted enrolments

Enrolments bought at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for a refund. None of this affects any refund the law requires.

3. DJ lesson gift card refunds

Unused gift cards

If a gift card has not been used, the purchaser can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. We do not charge an administration fee. After 14 days an unused card is generally not refundable, but it can be passed to another person or extended as set out in the gift card terms.

Satisfaction guarantee

If the recipient is not satisfied after their first lesson, the purchaser or recipient can contact us within 48 hours of that lesson to ask for a refund. We will refund the gift card price less AED 300. This is separate from the 14 day refund for unused cards and applies after the first lesson has taken place.

Discounted gift cards

Gift cards bought with a discount or promotion are not refundable, but can be passed to someone else or extended. Any refund the law requires is not affected.

Expired or partly used cards

Expired cards are not refundable. Where lessons have been taken, a refund is available only under the satisfaction guarantee, where we cannot provide the agreed service, or where the law requires.

4. If we cancel

If we cancel a DJ lesson and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will refund the unused part of the gift card in full. If we cancel a training course or cannot provide an agreed service, we will contact you to discuss the options and any refund.

5. How to ask for a refund

Contact us by email or WhatsApp (details in section 8) with your full name and contact details, the course or gift card package, the purchase date, your booking reference, gift card code or payment confirmation if you have one, and a short reason. We may ask for more information to check your purchase. Please never send us your full card number or CVV. We will review your request and tell you the outcome.

6. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are made only to the original mode of payment. They cannot be sent to someone else's card or another account.

We approve eligible gift card refunds within 7 working days of the request. Refunds are then processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the card. The time for the money to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

7. Your legal rights

These conditions apply to ordinary cancellations, withdrawals and changes of mind. They do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited under UAE law, and where the law requires a refund, the law takes precedence. We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is published on the Website and changes take effect when posted.
